She has a long history leading and building teams in complex business and technology environments, having built a team while concurrently implementing the three largest mortgage servicers on the leading default servicing platform in a single year.
She is a full life cycle opportunity management expert, with experience writing and winning many large, complex commercial and federal bids. Tela is a SAFe 5.0 Certified PO/PM, LPM, APM SPC and SSM. She is also a Pragmatic Certified PMC II and Certified Net Promoter Associate. SPC and loves to learn and create. Tela lives in Germantown, MD, with her husband, four children, and their four dogs.

Much of his career has been spent helping financial institutions unlock their data and discover insights helping them better serve their customers and business partners. Prior to Lumio Insight, Jeff, who is a true technology entrepreneur, founded and led several ventures focused on providing business intelligence and analytics. Jeff has held various positions at ProfitStars, Fiserv, Capital Bank, Southern Community Bank & Trust, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and KPMG.
